Terrible service

First off I wanted to give a good review so badly as I love some of the products said to be offered, but I can not in good faith do that! I never recieved some of my order and the part I did recieve came months after ordering, even though I paid a hefty shipping fee! One of the products was apparently not in, but they do not answer emails so I could not cancel or change the item that wasn't in stock, however I was charged for it. Then there were items missing from the order. All together a very frustrating experience!
