Sun Noodle Shoyu Ramen

A classic favorite, Shoyu (soy sauce) Ramen is one of the staples of traditional ramen flavors.

Each kit comes with 2 servings of frozen noodles for a quick and easy meal anytime. We also recommend topping your ramen bowl with bamboo shoots, scallions, wood ear mushrooms and soft-boiled egg.

About The Brand

Founded in Hawaii, the spirit of aloha is the soul of every Sun Noodle product even as the company expanded to California, New Jersey, and New York. Founder Hidehito Uki, came to Hawaii from Tochigi, Japan in 1981 with just one suitcase, a single noodle machine, and a passion for sharing high quality, Japanese noodles. Visiting prospective customers everyday, Hidehito would go door-to-door with samples of fresh noodles and return back to the factory to customize the noodles according to the chefs needs. Sun Noodle was born from these humble beginnings and slowly grew to become the popular noodle manufacturer it is today.

Amazing Shoyu Ramen!!! Highly Recommend!

Amazing Shoyu Ramen broth and fresh frozen noodles of the most amazing texture! If you see this in, TRY IT! I garnish with garlic and green onion seasoned shiitake, vegan japchae dumplings, sliced green onion, the new tender shoots of fiddlehead ferns and cucumber and it’s a delicious and complete meal!
