Our favorite sausage!

We were so excited to find this sausage available for order online! This is what we usually buy when we’re on vacation, but have a hard time sourcing it locally. Leilani’s Attic shipped our order for overnight delivery and everything was still cold when it arrived. We will happily keep our freezer stocked with this, even if it’s a bit on the expensive side. We like slicing it into coins and sautéing it to go with rice and eggs, or quartering it to grill up. Great salty, garlicky flavor, and it’s wonderfully greasy and moist in the good way :) Highly recommend!
