Refund policy

1. Returns and Exchanges Timeframe
- Our return policy lasts 7 days from the day you receive your item. If 7 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@leilanisattic.com

2. Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from returns, including perishable goods (such as snacks, food items, frozen goods, and fresh flowers)

3. Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for the following items:
  - Products misidentified as HydroFlask brand flasks
  - Personalized items
  - Gift cards
  - Health and personal care items (e.g., perfumes and lotions)

4. Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 1 day of approval.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account and then contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

7. Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

8. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at customerservice@leilanisattic.com and send your item to:

9. Shipping Instructions

- If you are returning an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

10. Stolen or Missing Packages
- Leilani's Attic is not responsible for items stolen from your delivery address after the carrier confirms delivery. If your package is stolen, please contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided for assistance.

11. In-Store Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges for in-store purchases may differ from those for online orders.
