At Leilani's Attic, we aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping for all our customers. Please review our shipping policies to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. Standard Shipping
- We offer standard shipping via USPS from 8-12 dollars calculated based off distance from our warehouse in Las Vegas.
- Our processing time is 1-3 business days, which means your order should be packed and shipped within this timeframe.

2. Overnight Shipping
- We provide UPS Overnight Shipping for frozen or perishable items to ensure they arrive fresh.
- Please note that "Overnight Shipping" refers to the shipping method used once your order has been processed. Our processing time of 1-3 business days still applies, so overnight shipping does not guarantee next-day delivery from the time of your order.

3. High Weight/High Volume Orders
- Orders that are high in weight or volume may be subject to an additional surcharge, calculated at checkout based on the order weight and distance from our Las Vegas store.

4. Fresh and Frozen Orders
- To maintain the quality and freshness of our products, fresh and frozen orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only. This ensures that your items do not sit in transit over the weekend.

5. General Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to avoid delays or additional fees for re-shipping.
