A unique blend of pork and secret spices is captured in this 5 oz stick. Over the years Hawaiian Brand Portuguese Sausage has earned it's popularity in Hawaii and on the mainland. Mildly spiced and fully cooked, it is the first choice of most Hawaiian islanders. Sliced and heated in the microwave oven, fried or grilled are some preparation options. Served with eggs and rice is like having breakfast at Ala Moana beach park in Honolulu.

I love this sausage. The flavor is mild. I order it each year when I visit Hawaii. This year I ordered from my home in Arizona to serve with Christmas brunch. Everyone loved it!
